Happy New Decade. Forget New Year resolutions, how do you want the next 10 years to look? Big question! And this is the time to ask it. The last ten years have soared by. We are living in a time of great acceleration, the speed of life has increased immensely. Our personal and universal lessons are being learnt very quickly. Many lives have been turned upside down, with so much chaos and change taking place personally and globally. As a Spiritual Coach I have an increasing number of clients now who are ready to make changes that they have been thinking about for a long time. Are you ready for change?

We are now part of a global village and witness the suffering and chaos in our world as we begin to unite as one people. We are being blessed with a new consciousness; we are evolving and birthing a new reality. A unity consciousness.

What is your personal and universal vision?
Where do you see yourself in ten years time?
How can you honour what is evolving within you?
What needs to change personally for you?
What is the Divine Purpose you bring as a gift to our world?

Take some time to answer the questions above.Meditate on them over the next few days, write them in your journal, and allow your higher self to speak through you. Listen as the universe answers the questions. Get clear about what you can do, no matter how small to honour your Divine Purpose. You are a gift to our world. Let's embrace the dawn of a New Decade the birth of Unity Consciousness.

2010 sees the release of Energy 4 Life - High Energy Conscious Living My latest book. There will also be a number of Energy 4 Life workshops, retreats and training programmes taking place throughout the year. Including book signings at the Mind, Body, Spirit Festival - London in May. We continue this year with our Monthly Meditation and Spiritual Coaching Evenings. No experience is required. You are welcome to come along and join in what is always a very special and uplifting evening. We practice a silent meditation and this month will also include Diamond Heart Activation, a practice for opening the heart centre and awakening universal consciousness. We take time to support and share with each other as we awaken and evolve on the spiritual journey.
